  • Book a free Connection Call (name, email, phone number, and anything you write in the booking form)

  • Fill out a contact form or email us

  • Comment on or message us through Instagram or Facebook, including commenting a keyword to receive a resource by direct message

  • Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our website platform (Wix) may collect technical details such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.

  • Cookies. Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored by your browser, to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand site traffic. You can set your browser to refuse or alert you to cookies, though some parts of the site may not work properly.

How We Use Your Information

  • Send you the free resource you requested

 If you give us your phone number when booking a call, we may text you appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

  • Wix, which hosts our website and provides basic site statistics

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which powers our forms, email, text messages, booking, and social media message automation

  • Meta (Instagram and Facebook), when you interact with us on those platforms

These providers have their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Health Information and Coaching

Our website, free resources, and emails share general wellness education. They are not medical advice and do not create a coach-client or nurse-patient relationship.

Please do not send detailed health or medical information through our website forms, comments, or social media messages. If you become a coaching client, information you share in sessions is kept confidential and handled as described in your coaching agreement.

Because we are not a healthcare provider or a "covered entity" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), our services and this privacy policy are not governed by HIPAA. However, we are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and keep the personal information you share with us confidential, sharing it only as described in this policy." and keep it private.
